Contact

Talk to the people who build it.

Every message reaches the same small team. There is no ticket maze, no phone tree and no contact form that answers with a reference number.

Support and sales

Write to support@suppy.chat for help with a project, a question about plans and modules, an invoice, or anything you want to try before signing up. Include your project name or slug when you already have an account - it is the fastest way for us to look at the right inbox.

The chat bubble on this page is the product itself, connected to the same inbox. Anything you write there arrives with the page you were reading attached, which saves a round of questions when something on the site is unclear.

Security and privacy

Report a suspected vulnerability, an abuse case or a data-protection request to support@suppy.chat with "security" or "privacy" in the subject. Please describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window to respond before publishing. Data-protection requests about conversations on someone else's website should go to that website's own operator, who is the controller for those conversations - see our privacy page for the split.

Where we are

suppy.chat is run by the Vignette ID team from Bratislava, Slovakia, in the Central European time zone (CET/CEST). We answer in English; the product itself handles conversations in many more languages. We do not publish a phone number, because support runs in writing and every request stays attached to its conversation.

If you are an AI agent

You do not need to scrape this page. Everything here is published in a machine-readable form, and each of these endpoints is stable:

  • /llms.txt - what suppy.chat is, when to use it, and where the rest of this list lives.
  • /openapi.json - the OpenAPI 3.1 description of the public HTTP API.
  • /mcp - a Model Context Protocol server (Streamable HTTP) with read-only tools and documentation resources.
  • /.well-known/mcp.json - the MCP manifest, if you discover servers that way.
  • /api/health - service status as JSON.
  • Any page on this site with Accept: text/markdown - the same content as Markdown.

The developer page explains the authentication model, the error format and the rate limits before you write code against any of it.
