Every project gets 3 operator seats for free. Each additional seat costs €3 per month or €30 per year. Seats are prorated when you add or remove them.
Any project with at least one paid seat. Pro projects get 20% off every paid module for as long as they keep a paid seat.
Yes. Switching to yearly applies immediately with credit for the unused part of the month; switching back to monthly takes effect when the paid year ends.
Prices are in EUR and charged through Stripe, which accepts major cards. Enterprise contracts can be paid by invoice.
Yes. You can start a free 10-day trial of a paid module, once per project and module. Trials do not automatically turn into a purchase. Activate the paid module separately to continue after the trial.
The AI assistant is an optional module at €20 per month or €200 per year. With a paid seat, it costs €16 per month or €160 per year.
Changing paid seat quantities or removing a purchased module applies prorated charges or credits. Removing a module ends its access immediately. Cancelling the whole subscription keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period. Credits are billing adjustments, not automatic cash refunds.
